![]() Wendy is the first teen to openly apologize to the ghosts while the others make smartassed comments, sealing their fate. When things get super serious, she drops the facade and panics. Dipper and all of the super-dorky stuffs he does) She is able to appreciate and value the small things in life that others kinda ignore (i.e. While the shows bio describes her as a "rule breaker," Wendy mostly part takes in harmless fun (Wendy and Tambry are the only two of the teens that haven't grattified anything in GF) Despite being the groups de-facto leader, she does back off when challenged or embrassed (same thing happens in Boss Mabel) Wendy is part of the in group and loves it. To me, the episode basically tells everything you need to know about her: When I write, I use the "Inconviencing" as a jumping point for Wendy. She is presented as a charismatic, highly athletic, and laid back, but deep down, there are signs of something more within her psyche (Society of the Blind Eye hints at this.) ![]() For this, Wendy isn't made perfect, even through Dipper's perspective (Boss Mabel comes to mind). I think her "greatness" (for the lack of a better word) is the fact that the character is written to be exactly like a real life teenager. While I hate to admit that Wendy isn't my favorite GF character (Dipper's is TOO much like me personally, sorry guys), I can easily say that Miss Corduroy is the best animated female on TV today. Well, I think it would be kinda hypocritical if I didn't comment here (considering nearly all of my works features her in some way)
